Their library is amazing. The furnitures, the technology, heck everything about the library is amazing. EFLC has two floors in the multi-storey building in BSP. The first floor contains the computers and the open shelf collection that mainly consists of monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical and/or economic reports of the Philippines. The serials collection as well is found on the first floor. The second floor is closed off for visitors and non-BSP users. The second floor holds almost all of the collection in the library. It has the general reference collections as well as the special collections. Aside from the collection, there holds another sector in BSP (sadly I forgot what it was called) and the IT sector. Connecting the two floors is a spiral staircase and if one plans on bringing a heavy packages, they use the dumbwaiter.
I plan on riding the dumbwaiter like those in the movies where the protagonist escapes or hide from the bad guy but its forbidden due to lack of oxygen and I may not fit. :(
