Bibliographic Editing

Well the funny thing about doing OJT in a busy library that has upcoming events such as the BSP anniversary coming soon and other conferences and meetings is that they don't give much work for OJTs.

Technically my OJT is just repetition or continuation of the work I left of yesterday. I was done with my assigned work load and ready to face another work -- Bibliographic Editing

In BSP they have only one cataloger, Sir Mars. Every outsource and OJT will be given to him. But sometimes I am under the outsource Miss Liz and she gave me to do Bibliographic Editing.

In Bibliographic Editing, I will basically move the contents from one cell to another. Or look for cataloged books that have missing contents such as the accession number and put them in a different excel file.
